K. Lynn Smith is an award-winning artist and writer from Mid-Michigan. She is the writer and artist of the western comic Plume, published by Devil's Due Comics, and the fantasy series For Goodness' Sake. She has also contributed to projects including Boom!'s Garfield: His 9 Lives, Space Between Entertainment's Afterglow, Source Point Press' Hope, and Scout Comics' Loot. Smith studied film and video at Grand Valley State University with the goal of becoming a storyboard artist or character designer, before pivoting to create and her own comics.

Sawyer Ellis' new job at the mysterious the House of Lowther isn't going the way she'd thought. The work is grueling, the hours are long, and the residents are honest-to-god real monsters. In order to keep her job, Sawyer must find some common ground, and fast. But how does one relate to a werewolf, with a very sizable chip on his shoulder?
Day-to-day life at the house gets tense when a visitor arrives: the owner herself, Mrs. Lowther. And with her comes new methods of 'treatment' for the residents, whether they like it or not. Which begs the question: who are the real monsters here? The end is here! This is the final double-issue for this volume.
